About the Job

We’re looking for someone who is strong in production and concept development. However, as you will be working in a small team, you will be required to have basic skills in a range of production and post-production roles.

This is a challenging and dynamic role, where you will provide your strong technical and creative skillset to create industry leading video content.

We are a strategy based production company. This means that every one of our internal team members have a good level of understanding about what video content will best achieve a business's goals. You don’t have to be a video strategy master (we can teach you that) but you do need to understand how audiences receive video and how a story can be used to deliver a message effectively.

What we expect of you

  • When you hit challenges or roadblocks within any given project, you are to first creatively problem solve on your own and then if you’re still stuck, invite another team member to assist you. We have a high value for team work which means that requests for help are not just expected but encouraged. A successful team proactively utilises the unique talents and skills of each member. We can achieve more by helping each other in our respective tasks than we can by just operating by ourselves in isolation.

  • Openly communicate any issues in a timely manner. That includes personal issues that you feel may impact your work hours or effectiveness. We have a culture of openness and trust because we believe work isn’t worth doing if you can’t be yourself and feel valuable.

  • Prioritise your role in Hebron Films above other paid work. We are looking for someone that wants to invest in our vision, embark on this journey alongside us and grow with us, not just a freelancer.
