This Privacy Policy explains how Hebron Films ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you access a project proposal through our proposal platform at proposals.hebronfilms.com.au.

Information We Collect

When you access a proposal, we collect your name, title, company name, and email address when you choose to sign a proposal. We also record the date and time your proposal was first opened.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to facilitate the proposal signing process, communicate with you about your project, and maintain records of agreed project scopes. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except as required to process your signature through DocuSign.

DocuSign

Proposal signing is handled by DocuSign. When you sign a proposal, your information is processed by DocuSign in accordance with their Privacy Policy, available at docusign.com/privacy.

Data Storage

Your information is stored securely using Google Firebase infrastructure hosted in Australia. We retain proposal records for the duration of our business relationship and for a period of seven years thereafter in accordance with Australian business record-keeping requirements.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at admin@hebronfilms.com.au.
